Today, 24 people (13 women, 10 men, and 1 child) were hospitalized with various bodily injuries at the Emergency Department of Lankaran Central District Hospital following a traffic accident that occurred on the section of the Lankaran-Boradigah-Masalli road passing through the city of Lankaran, Management Union of Medical Territorial Units (TABIB) told APA.
It was reported that the injured received the necessary initial medical care. One person is receiving treatment in the Intensive Care Unit, six in the Trauma Department, and four others in the Emergency Department.
Thirteen individuals with minor injuries were discharged for outpatient treatment.

A traffic accident involving a passenger bus took place in Azerbaijan's Lankaran, APA's southern bureau reports.
The passenger bus overturned on a VAZ-2107 car. As a result of the accident, 21 people were injured.
21 people were hospitalized in the Emergency and Urgent Medical Care Department of Lankaran District Central Hospital, TABIB said.
Necessary medical services are provided to each of the people diagnosed with traumas of various parts of the body. They are placed in different departments according to their condition.
