Farid Orujov, the head of the Information Center of the CEC Secretariat, stated that by 15:00 PM, 1 473 005 people had already cast their ballots nationwide, and the voter turnout was 24.71%.
Note that the municipal elections started at 08:00 AM today. The elections will end at 19:00 PM. In addition, the CEC Secretariat's Information Center will provide preliminary information on the progress and results of the voting at 12:00, 15:00, 17:00, and 19:00.
