Azerbaijan will create a special electronic portal for the sale of handicrafts by persons with disabilities, it has been reflected in the amendment suggested to the law on “Social insurance” which has been discussed at the meeting held by the Labor and Social Policy Committee of the Milli Majlis today, and Tax Code, APA reports.
According to the project, the disabled who are going to realize the sale of handicrafts will register in the portal. After taxes have been deducted from the revenues gained through the sale of the handicrafts, they will be transferred into the bank account created for the disabled person.
The disabled who registered in the portal will be free of the work such as registering with the tax authorities, calculating the tax, constituting the tax reports, and presenting to the tax authority, this work will be electronically realized through the portal instead of them.
